Thamar University Organizes a Workshop to Describe the Master's Program in Clinical Pharmacy

■ Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Mohammed Al-Haifi, the Rector of the University, the Center for Development and Quality Assurance and the College of Medical Sciences at Thamar University organized a workshop today to discuss the description of the Master's program in Clinical Pharmacy at the College of Medical Sciences at the University and to develop solutions to the problems of drug interactions.
At the opening, Dr. Al-Haifi praised the efforts of the Quality Center and the College in raising the quality of education at the college and describing its curricula and opening new and distinguished horizons for students at the college, whether undergraduate or graduate students.
From his part, Prof. Dr. Abdulkarim Zabiba, the Vice-Rector of the University for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, pointed out the importance of the workshop and stressed that all graduate programs at the University are described.
While Dr. Zaid Al-Hadour, the Dean of the Center for Development and Quality Assurance, indicated that the College of Medical Sciences is distinguished in its commitment to the description, stressing that the college is equipped with modern and advanced laboratories.
The Dean of the Quality Center praised the efforts of Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Haifi, the Lecturer and Facilitator of this workshop, his role in describing medical programs and his organizational loyalty to the colleges at Thamar University.
From his part, the Dean of the College of Medical Sciences, Dr. Adel Emran, stressed the interest in the research aspect, noting that the college in this field has opened three master's programs and is also in the process of preparing a doctoral program in medical microbiology and immunity.
The workshop was attended by Prof. Dr. Adel Abdulghani Al-Ansi, the Vice-Rector of the University for Academic Affairs, Dr. Khalid Al-Akhaly, Dr. Sam Dawba, the Heads of Departments of the Center for Development and Quality Assurance, the General Secretary of the Center, Mr. Nasser Najad, the General Secretaryof the College of Medical Sciences, Mr. Mohammed Al-Badawi, Dr. Nasser Al-Mashrama, The Representative of the Pharmacists Syndicate, a number of visiting Doctors, Representatives of the Labor Market, and a number of students from the College of Medical Sciences.
