■ As a part of his follow-up visits after the Eid Al-Adha holiday, Professor Dr. Mohammed Al-Haifi, the Rector of Thamar University, accompanied by his assistant for Centers Affairs, Professor Dr. Essam Wasel, the University General Secretary, Dr. Mohammed Hutrum, and several other university leaders, visited the Student Affairs Office to review the level of employee discipline and the workflow in the various departments under the office.

During the visit, the University Rector met with the Vice-Rector for Student Affairs, Professor Dr. Abdulkafi Al-Rifai, and the office's leadership and staff. They exchanged Eid Al-Adha greetings.

The University Rector reviewed the registration and coordination processes and received a briefing on the progress of the various departments and offices within the office. He emphasized the importance of providing high-quality student services and streamlining procedures for students.

The meeting was attended by the General Registrar, Mr. Abdulmalik Al-Muallami, the General Director of Medical Clinics, Mr. Abdulhamid Al-Nimr, the General Director of Activities, Mr. Ahmed Al-Awmari, and a number of general directors, department directors, and technical and administrative staff at the Student Affairs Office, who reviewed the most prominent efforts made to ensure the regularity of work during the current period.
