The Rector of the University Concludes Registration and Admission to the Student Affairs Department

■ The Vice-Presidency of Student Affairs at Thamar University concluded today the admission and registration work for the academic year 2023/2024.
At the closing ceremony, the Rector of the University, Prof. Dr. Mohammed Al-Haifi thanked his Deputy for Student Affairs, and all team members for their exceptional efforts and their success in completing the admission, differentiation, and registration stages.
Dr. Al-Haifi pointed out that the efforts of the specialists in Student Affairs during the coordination and admission phase were great and are a continuation of the successes of the previous team of the Student Affairs prosecution and expressed his thanks to them for their efforts and his aspiration for more success and creativity.
From his part, the Vice-Rector of the university thanked the Rector of the University for his continuous care of the work and tasks of the Student Affairs and thanked all the General Managers, Directors of Departments, departments, and all specialists, describing them as "Unknown Soldiers" who work tirelessly and contribute to the success of the stage and also noted his appreciation for the efforts of the University Media in achieving this success.
Dr. Al-Rifai stressed that this ceremony is the conclusion of one stage and the continuation of another under the auspices of the Rector of the University and pointed out that the activities of the Student Affairs Department are continuing in caring for students and managing their affairs and facilitating the difficulties they may face at all academic stages, exams, activities and student events that have not stopped since the beginning of the academic year.
In addition, Dr. Al-Rifai handed over a copy of the records of those admitted to all Colleges, Institutes, and University Centers for the academic year 2023/2024, and included the names and data of the accepted students. He confirmed that these records are complete and up-to-date have been signed and are considered final after closing grievances and the ERP System.
The ceremony concluded with the distribution of certificates of appreciation to the cadres of the Student Affairs Department who contributed to the success of the registration and admission process over the past months.
The ceremony was attended by the Vice-Rector for Student Affairs team led by the Vice-Rector for Student Affairs Prof. Dr. Abdulkafi Al-Rifai, the Deputy Dean of Continuing Education for Student Affairs, General Registrar, Mr. Abdulmalik Al-Mualimi, the General Director of Medical Clinics, Mr. Abdulhamid Al-Namer, University Media Director, Mr. Jamal Al-Bahri, Department Directors, Department Heads, and Specialists of the Student Affairs Office.
