All praise is due to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, and peace and blessings be upon our Master Muhammad, upon his pure family, and his noble companions.

I am pleased to address this message to my sons and daughters, the students of Dhamar University, affirming that the Vice Presidency for Student Affairs, under the direct supervision of the University’s leadership, bears a central responsibility in entrenching the principles of justice, equality, and equal opportunity across all student-related procedures and regulations. Foremost among these are admission and competitive examinations, which we are keen to administer according to clear standards and precise procedures that rely on automation and transparency, thereby ensuring integrity and safeguarding the rights of all applicants without exception.

The Vice Presidency has given special attention to developing electronic systems related to student affairs and strengthening institutional practices based on documentation, discipline, and ease of access to information, in the firm belief that digital transformation constitutes a fundamental pillar for building trust and enhancing the quality of services provided to students.

In parallel, the Vice Presidency for Student Affairs is committed to supporting student, athletic, cultural, and scientific activities; organizing competitions and university tournaments; and encouraging creative initiatives, as these are an integral part of the University’s educational mission and an effective means of developing students’ skills, fostering a spirit of positive competition, teamwork, and institutional belonging.

We firmly believe that the student is the محور and ultimate purpose of the educational process, and that building a well-rounded personality requires a fair, transparent, and motivating university environment that encourages excellence and contribution. From this standpoint, we will continue our diligent efforts to develop the student affairs system and elevate the quality of its services in line with our students’ aspirations and in a manner that reflects the academic standing of Dhamar University.
