Thamar University Launches Student Registration Process for the Academic Year 1448

■ ThevUniversity Rector Professor Dr. Mohammed Al-Haifi and his deputy for Student Affairs, Professor Dr. Abdulkafi Al-Rifai, launched the registration process for the academic year 1448 today, a step reflecting the university's high level of institutional readiness and technical and administrative integration.

The launch took place during an official ceremony attended by the Vice-Rector for Graduate Studies, Professor Dr. Abdulkarim Zabiba, the Head of the Media and Public Relations Department, Mr. Jamal Al-Bahri, the Registrar, Mr. Abdulmalik Al-Muallami, as well as leaders and staff from the Student Affairs office. The event demonstrated organizational discipline and early preparation for the success of one of the most important annual academic processes.

During the launch, the University Rector reviewed the technical and technological preparations accompanying the coordination process, including the digital infrastructure, the systems used to manage the process, and the informational materials. He also reviewed the mechanisms for distributing committees and the plans for implementing the successive stages of the process, ensuring the highest levels of efficiency and smooth operation.

The University Rector emphasized that the coordination process is a pivotal point in the academic work, stressing the importance of adhering to professional standards and ensuring accuracy in implementation. This, he noted, will enhance public confidence in the university's graduates and educational services.

He commended the outstanding efforts of the Deanship of Student Affairs, praising the efforts of Professor Dr. Abdulkafi Al-Rifai, the Registrar, and the competence of the technical and administrative staff. He also lauded their high sense of responsibility and teamwork, which contributed to a tangible improvement in organization and increased enrollment at the university last year.

He reaffirmed the university's commitment to developing its academic and administrative systems to meet current needs, enhance the effectiveness and quality of the educational process, and increase its capacity within a structured and transparent framework.
