The Student Affairs Office at Thamar University Continues to Receive New Students on its Official Holiday

■ On a different morning for the university, Professor Dr. Mohammed Al-Haifi, the Rector of Thamar University, accompanied by Dr. Mohammed Hutram, the General Secretary of the University, visited the Office of Student Affairs, represented by Professor Dr. Abdulkafi Al-Rifai, the Vice-Rector for Student Affairs and his shadow staff.
The University Rector, in the presence of his Vice-Rector for Student Affairs, Dr. Adel Emran, the Dean of the College of Medical Sciences, and the Head of the University's Media and Public Relations Department, reviewed the process of receiving hundreds of files for students accepted into the Colleges of Dentistry and Medical Sciences.
The University Rector also oversaw the process of document verification, the issuance of electronic university cards and the updating of registrant data.
In addition to completing the remaining procedures related to the College of Computing (Department of Computer Science and Information Technology, General System) admissions process, as a part of its commitment to facilitating registration procedures for new students and enhancing the level of academic service, the university continued to receive applications for students accepted for the new academic year 1447.
This was attended by the University General Registrar, Mr. Abdulmalik Al-Moalimi, and the Director of the University Rector's Office, Mr. Majid Al-Washali.
The University Rector praised the commitment of the administrative and technical staff in the Student Affairs Office, who took the initiative to attend on an official holiday to complete the required tasks.
He emphasized that this performance reflects a sense of belonging and institutional loyalty to Thamar University, as well as a commitment to providing student services on time and without delay.
During the visit, in the presence of Mr. Mishaal Sharhan, the Assistant General Secretary of the University and the Rector of the Union of Administrative Staff Members, the University Rector also monitored the registration process for the university staff's sons and daughters who passed the admissions tests, as well as for students applying for majors accepted directly without admissions, in accordance with the governing regulations.
