■ Professor Dr. Mohammed Al-Haifi, the Rector of Thamar University, made an inspection visit and field follow-up visit to the Student Affairs Office, reviewing the progress of work at the General Administration of Admissions and Registration and the Computer Science Department following the conclusion of the entrance and competencies exams for the College of Medical Sciences (General System).

During the visit, the University Rector met with Professor Dr. Abdulkafi Al-Rifai, the Vice-Rector for Student Affairs, Abdulmalik Al-Muallimi, the University's Registrar, and a number of technicians and engineers. He reviewed with them the approved digital correction mechanism and technical procedures to ensure accuracy and fairness in recording results. He praised the efficiency demonstrated by the Office's staff in carrying out their tasks smoothly, accurately and transparently.

It is worth noting that these efforts resulted in the announcement of the preliminary results just hours after the end of the exams, ensuring the acceleration of the admission and competencies process while maintaining the highest academic standards.

From his part, Dr. Abdulkafi Al-Rifai indicated that the grievance process will open after the results are announced, urging students with any comments to submit them through the designated official channels. He noted that most grievances arise from students using liquid pens or correction pens, or when students attempt to change their answers, making it difficult for students to automatically read their answer sheets.
