Thamar University Enhances Electronic Preparations in Serious Digital Steps to Modernize Admissions Systems

■ Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Mohammed Mohammed Hassan Al-Haifi, the Rector of Thamar University, and under the direct supervision of Prof. Dr. Abdulkafi Al-Rifai, the Vice-Rector for Student Affairs, the university witnessed a dynamic activity this Thursday morning, including a thorough update and review of electronic and organizational procedures.

This activity is in preparation for completing the coordination stages, admission tests and registration in all university colleges and various specializations for the academic year 1447 (2004-2025).

The University's General Registrar was present at the event, where a team of specialized engineers from the Student Affairs Office and engineers from Adeotek, who were responsible for implementing a number of technical tasks, most notably updating Adeotek's AS Exam Paper system, which specializes in automating electronic marking.

This system is used by the university to ensure the accuracy and speed of marking processes, as well as to process exam and admission data.
