■ In the presence of senior leaders and academics and in an atmosphere filled with anticipation and responsibility, Prof. Dr. Mohammed Al-Haifi, the Rector of Thamar University, and his Vice-Rector for Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. Abdulkafi Al-Rifai, oversaw the electronic marking of the competition exams during both the morning and evening periods. A total of 1,078 high school graduates competed for only 50 seats in the College of Medicine.

The ceremony was attended by the Dean of the College of Medicine, Dr. Abdullah Al-Murtadha, and a number of his deputies, as well as staff from the Student Affairs Office, led by the University's General Registrar. Meanwhile, control technicians seamlessly entered the answer sheets into the automated sorting and marking system.

The University Rector emphasized that the process was conducted in an exemplary timeline and with high transparency. He noted that the reliability of the results is excellent thanks to electronic control and that a comprehensive manual review was conducted to verify the accuracy of the results.

He also explained that any student or guardian can view their grades and compare them to the model answers to ensure fairness and complete transparency. During his inspection of the Student Affairs Office and a number of relevant facilities, the University Rector directed the simplification of procedures and the provision of services to students taking the competitive exam, including the automated collection center.

He thanked the leadership of the Student Affairs Office and its staff for their efforts, congratulating the College of Medicine on the success of the process and the applicants who won general system seats at the college. He also praised the students' commitment and discipline during the examination stages, considering this competitive spirit an incentive to improve medical education outcomes and serve the community and nation.
