The Rector of Thamar University Inspects Preparations for Launching Electronic Coordination for the Year 1447

■ As a part of the leadership of Thamar University's commitment to ensuring readiness for the academic year 1447, Professor Dr. Mohammed Mohammed Hassan Al-Haifi, the Rector of the University, conducted an inspection visit this morning to the Student Affairs Office to review the extent of preparations underway for the launch of the new academic year.
During the visit, he met with Professor Dr. Abdulkafi Al-Rifai, the Vice-Rector for Student Affairs, who provided the Rector of the University with a detailed explanation of the technical and organizational arrangements underway for launching the university coordination and admissions phase, which is scheduled to begin tomorrow, Sunday, Shawwal 8, via the electronic portal.
Dr. Al-Rifai also explained that teams are ready to ensure a smooth registration process and provide technical support to new students, contributing to facilitating procedures and achieving the principles of fairness and transparency in admissions.
From his part, Mr. Abdulmalik Al-Moalimi, the University's General Registrar, emphasized that the accumulation of experience and expertise over the past years has contributed to raising the efficiency of the cadres involved in the coordination and admissions process.
The University Rector was accompanied during the visit by Professor Abdulkarim Zabiba, the Vice-Rector for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, and Dr. Mohammed Hutram, the General Secretary of the university, as well as Mr. Jamal Al-Bahri, the Head of the Media and Public Relations Department, and a number of relevant cadres and leaders. The university's General Directors of Graduate Studies and Scientific Research also attended as a part of the visit.
At the conclusion of the visit, the University Rector emphasized the importance of concerted efforts and working as a team, praising the readiness and organizational preparations he observed.
