Thamar University organizes a cultural competition for female students of the university's colleges

■ The Student Affairs Office at Thamar University organized today the cultural competition for girls, which was held under the patronage of Professor Dr. Mohammed Al-Haifi, the Rector of Thamar University, and under the supervision of Professor Dr. Abdulkafi Al-Rifai, the Vice-Rector of the University for Student Affairs.
The competition was launched in a competitive atmosphere filled with the spirit of creativity and confidence.
In his speech, the University Rector pointed out the importance of renewing the launch of cultural competitions this year, congratulating the students who achieved first place at the republic level in the scientific competition, especially the students of the College of Medicine and the College of Engineering, especially the Department of Civil Engineering.
He pointed out that these competitions are not just competition, but rather a gateway to renewing determination, refining knowledge and a motivation to increase references and sources, so that libraries become a shelter for ambitious minds that know no limits.
The College of Engineering topped the competition and came in first place, followed by the College of Medicine in second place, then the College of Computers in third place, according to the evaluations of the jury consisting of the University Rector's Consultant for Cultural Affairs, Hassan Al-Mawshki, and Dr. Bashir Zendal, in the presence of the Head of the Libraries Department, Dr. Essam Wasil, and the General Director of Student Activities, Ahmed Al-Omari, in addition to a number of university leaders and cadres of the participating colleges.
