The first phase comprises two parallel systems: the student affairs system and the financial system of self-resources, where the university leadership saw the start of the first phase of the system, which includes the system of student affairs, because of the importance of touching the basic needs of students as the exit to the educational process, and with The start of the work called for the start of the implementation of the first phase of the automation of the financial system related to self-resources due to the close interconnection between this stage and the student affairs system, especially in light of the emergence of many difficulties related to this aspect such as the lack of collection of self-resources and the accumulation of amounts A large delay without collection, and relying on these resources to cover the basic expenses of the University in light of the consequences of the aggression and the blockade, which calls for its development, rationalization and preservation by all means, in addition to difficulties and imbalances in the process of printing, disbursing, reviewing and clearing the books of collection vouchers, and distributing Resources collected between units, delays in the process of supplying resources to the Bank and large courses that appear to the treasurers of these resources, not to mention the loss of part of them, especially the resources of optional student services due to their lack of collection or collection and collection in different ways.
