Continued Field Monitoring of the Regularity of the Educational Process and Adherence to the University Calendar at Thamar University

■ Continuing the field monitoring of the educational process, and in implementation of the directives of Professor Dr. Mohammed Mohammed Hassan Al-Haifi, the Rector of Thamar University, regarding strengthening adherence to the university calendar and the ministerial circular regulating the educational process, Professor Dr. Abdulkafi Al-Rifai, the Vice-Rector of the University for Student Affairs, conducted a field visit today that included the Faculties of Engineering, Arts, and Dentistry, and the Institute of Continuing Education.

Professor Dr. Mohammed Mohammed Hassan Al-Haifi emphasized that the university leadership gives high priority to the regularity of the educational process, noting that the continuous field monitoring aims to ensure adherence to the university calendar and academic plans, and to address any difficulties that may hinder the educational process promptly.

For his part, Professor Dr. Abdulkafi Al-Rifai stressed the importance of full adherence to the approved timetables and study plans, confirming that field visits will continue to monitor the implementation of academic programs and ensure the completion of courses on schedule.

During his visits, the Vice-Rector of the University reviewed the regularity of classes and lectures across various departments and levels, assessing adherence to approved study plans and schedules, and monitoring progress on courses according to the university calendar in the different colleges.

These visits reflect the commitment of Thamar University's leadership to strengthening academic discipline and ensuring the smooth operation of the educational process, thereby contributing to improved academic performance and the achievement of outstanding educational outcomes.
