The Rector of Thamar University Discusses Arrangements for the Prophet's Birthday Celebration with Member of the Presidential Committee

■ Professor Dr. Mohammed Mohammed Hassan Al-Haifi, the Rector of Thamar University, met this morning, Saturday, with Dr. Masha'al Al-Rifi, a member of the Presidential Committee tasked with overseeing the arrangements for the Prophet's Birthday celebrations in Dhamar Governorate. They discussed the preparations and arrangements for the central event, which the university will host in the Prophet's Square on the university campus.

This meeting took place in the Rector's office at the university headquarters, and was attended by Professor Dr. Abdulkafi Al-Rifai, the Vice-Rector for Student Affairs, Professor Dr. Adel Abdulghani Al-Ansi, the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, and a number of university leaders and staff members.

The meeting reviewed the level of preparations and arrangements made by the university to welcome the guests of the Prophet Mohammed (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) and to participate in the success of the central event, reflecting the prestigious standing of Thamar University and its academic, cultural, and community role.

The Unversity Rector commended the Presidential Committee's attention to Thamar University, expressing his appreciation to Dr. Ashraf Al-Rifi for recognizing the university's efforts in various academic, cultural, and student-related aspects, and for its dedication to preparing for and ensuring the success of the event.

From his part, Dr. Masha'al Al-Rifi praised the efforts of Thamar University leadership and its commitment to the success of the event welcoming the guests of the Prophet Mohammed (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) in the university's central square. He also commended the university's efforts in continuing the educational and academic process despite the difficult and exceptional circumstances the country is experiencing due to the aggression and blockade, and the increasing challenges these impose on educational institutions.
