Thamar University leadership Discusses with the Public Prosecution the Issue of Handing Over the Lands of the Second Batch to its Members

■ Within the framework of Thamar University's efforts to hand over the lands of the second batch to its members, today Professor Dr. Mohammed Al-Haifi, the Rector of the University visited Judge Ibrahim Al-Emdi, the Deputy Prosecutor of Public Funds in Dhamar. 
 
He was accompanied on this visit by Professor Dr. Abdulkarim Zabiba, the Vice-Rector of the University for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, Dr. Mohammed Hutram, the General Secretary of the University, Yahya Al-Thumrani, the Consultant of the Rector of the University for Legal Affairs, and Mr. Mishaal Sharhan, the Head of the Administrative Staff Union.
 
The visit aimed to review the file of the second batch lands case, which the University Presidency submitted to the Public Prosecution after the delay in handing over the lands due to violations and the procrastination of the Head of the Lands Committee in handing over the rights of the members.
 
During the meeting, Dr. Al-Haifi stressed the University leadership's keenness to deliver the lands to their beneficiaries as soon as possible, while adhering to legal methods and transparency.
 
The meeting was also attended by Mr. Ali Omar, the Head of the Follow-up Department, Mr. Abdullah Al-Khalidi, the General Director of Legal Affairs, Mr. Jamal Al-Bahri, the General Director of Media, and Mr. Ali Al-Washli, the General Director of Entitlements.
 
This reflects the cooperation and coordination between the concerned parties to ensure the rights of University members.
