Thamar University Receives the Deputy Minister of Education and Scientific Research

■ Prof. Dr. Mohammed Al-Haifi, the Rector of Thamar University, received in his office at the University Presidency today, Dr. Hatem Al-Duais, the Deputy Minister of Education and Scientific Research

 

During the visit, which was attended by the University's Vice-Rector for Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. Abdulkafi Al-Rifai, and Academic Affairs, Prof. Dr. Adel Abdulghani Al-Ansi, many issues related to the University were discussed.

 

During the meeting, the University Rector reviewed some of the difficulties and challenges facing the University, and the two sides discussed a number of proposals to simplify these issues.

 

After the meeting, the University Rector, His deputies, the Deputy Minister, Dr. Fouad Abdulrazzaq, the Executive Director of the Information Technology Center at the Ministry of Education and Scientific Research, Mr. Mohammed Al-Hadi, the Director of the Governorate's Education Office, Dr. Zaid Al-Hadour, the Dean of the Center for Development and Quality Assurance, and Dr. Dabwan Al-Mikhlafi, the Dean of the College of Applied Sciences, made an inspection tour of a number of University buildings. 

 

The visitors were informed of some of the problems in the University's structure that need restoration and maintenance, in addition to some semi-finished buildings that could not be delivered to the University for decades due to financial difficulties
