Coinciding with the Anniversary of Rajab Al-Agar Friday, the Coordinating Council of Universities and Institutes in Thamar discusses strengthening the faith identity and support plans for Palestine The Media of Thamar University /Jamal Al-Bahri / Rajab 2, 1445. January 13, 2024 ■ The Coordinating Council of Universities and Institutes of Health and Technical and Vocational Education in Thamar held an expanded meeting today chaired by the Chairman of the Council, Prof. Dr. Mohammed Mohammed Hassan Al-Haifi, the Rector of Thamar University, at the AL-Maqaleh Hall at Thamar University on the occasion of Rajab Al-Agar Friday to discuss plans to continue marches and events in support of the blessed Al-Aqsa Flood Operation, support for Palestine, and strengthen the faith identity. At the meeting, which was attended by the Vice-Rectors of Thamar University for Academic Affairs, Higher Studies and Scientific Research, Student Affairs, the Cultural Consultant of the Rector of Thamar University, the Rectors of Universities, Deans of Private Colleges, Directors of vocational and Technical Institutes, and the Directors of General Education and Technical Education in Dhamar, the participants discussed the importance of continuing to support Palestine by continuing to hold cultural and awareness events, conducting marches in support of the Palestinian people, calling for an end to the aggression, lifting the siege on the Ghaza Strip and our country and demanding the lifting of the occupation of all the land of Palestine. During their speech to the audience in the presence of the Deans of Thamar University Faculties, their Deputies, Heads of Scientific Departments, General Directors of the University, Directors of Student Affairs, and the University Student Forum, the Rector of Thamar University, Dr. Al-Haifi, pointed out the importance of continuing cultural and awareness activities in support of Palestine, rejecting and condemning the direct American-British aggression on Yemen which exposed the malicious roles of Labor nine years. The meeting concluded by stressing the need to preserve the faith identity and authentic Yemeni morals and to benefit from Rajab's lessons which return as an anniversary that Yemenis are proud of and which dates the transformation of Islam from vulnerable groups to a dear state supported by Yemenis. https://www.tu.edu.ye/page/view/1/2605
