The Leaders of the Coordination Council and the University Student Forum Participate on Friday of Supporting Resistance Options Thamar University Media/ Jamal Al-Bahri / Jumad Awal 25, 1445. December 8, 2023 ■ A number of Leaders of Thamar University and the Leaders of the Coordinating Council of Universities, Institutes of Health and Technical Education in Dhamar, and the University Student Forum participated today in a march in support of the Al-Aqsa Flood, and condemning the brutal massacres committed by the Zionist enemy against the Palestinian people. The participants in the march which toured a number of streets in the city of Dhamar, echoed slogans rejecting injustice, tyranny, and aggression against the Pure Land in Palestine. A statement issued by the march which was attended by the General Secartary of the University, his Assistant for Services Affairs, the Consultant of the Rector of the University for Cultural Affairs, and the Dean of the Quality Center at the University, stressed the firm and principled position of the Yemeni people towards the Palestinian issue and the official popular and broad consensus that this position enjoys at the military, political and media levels. He pointed out that the American threats against Yemen do not frighten the people of wisdom and faith and do not shake a single hair in the people of Yemen, but increase their faith, enthusiasm, determination, strength and steadfastness in the imperative of fulfilling Allah's promise of victory. The statement praised the escalating military operations of the Yemeni armed forces in the red and Arab seas, the targeting of Israeli ships, the achievements of the missile force, and the flying targeting of targets of the Zionist enemy in the occupied territories. The participants urged Yemeni armed forces and the Navy to continue operations until the American-Zionist aggression against Palestine is stopped. They deplored the statements of the US State Department in exonerating Israel from the killing of civilians in Ghaza, considering those statements ridiculous and an attempt to block the sunlight with a sieve and indicative of the American-Zionist failure to justify Zionist crimes in Palestine. The statement praised the issuance of a law banning and criminalizing the recognition of the Zionist enemy entity and normalization with it, considering this an important step in the right direction for what international relations based on correct, systematic and sound foundations should be. The march statement stressed that the participation of the Arab regimes in the climate summit with the presence of the so-called President of the Zionist entity is a stain on the forehead of everyone who attended and participated and supported that summit.
