Thamar University participates in the Sustainable Development Conference in Albayda City. Thamar University Media / August 21, 2023 ■The Rector of Thamar University Dr. Mohammed Al-Haifi attended the Fourth Scientific Conference held by Albayda University under the title (The Role of Universities in Achieving Sustainable Development) Dr. Ahmed Alarami the Rector of Albayda University received Dr. Alhaifi, The Recto of Thamar University who was accompanied by a distinguished scientific elite from Thamar University that were participated in the axes of Medical, Natural, Educational, Sports, Humanitarian and Administrative Sciences. The University Rector praised their efforts and considered them as the best ambassadors of Thamar University. In a special statement, the Rector of Albayda University thanked the warm reception and the good organization of the conference. Dr. Alhaifi also thanked the Minister of Higher Education for his Ministry's interest in these public activities and praised its delegation that were participating in the conference. As well as he pointed to the need for scientific integration between Yemeni Universities especially in these difficult circumstances that the country is going through, stressing the need to establish scientific conferences that promote the spirit of steadfastness, creativity and cooperation between Yemeni Universities, in order to achieve sustainable development through great Yemeni efforts and with national scientific competencies
