A meeting was held in the Presidency of the university headed by the University president Dr. Talieb Al-Nahari. Dr. Al- Nahari devoted to discuss the full implementation of the students' affairs system and collecting university resources through the (ERP) system. He also discussed the meeting which was attended by The Deans of Colleges, The Vice Deans for Students' Affairs, The Heads of control and The General Registrar of the University, Exams Departments and Graduates at the Students' Affairs Prosecution, as well asThe  Directors of students' affairs in the colleges,  Mohammed Al-Ziyadi, The Head of the Automation Unit at the University, to expedite the extraction of graduated students' documents in the Faculties, Institutes and Centers of the University, for the years 2018/2019 and 2019/2020, through the (ERP) system.

 

The president of the University  thanked the Students' Affairs Prosecutor for completing all admission and registration processes for the current academic year ( 2020 - 2021), through the ( ERP )system. He also offered thanks and appreciation to the colleges that have committed to work through the system since the beginning of the academic year (2018/2019) in everything that is related to financial resources and students' affairs. He confirmed that the University has completed the entry of all academic and financial data for all the students in University into the (ERP) system. In addition, the President of Thamar University honored Dr. Zaid Al-Hadoor, The Dean of Faculty of Education , and Dr. Adel Omran for their efforts in completing all the tasks and requirements of the (ERP) system.
