At Dhamar University, a training course for workers in financial affairs and student affairs at the university began on the financial system and student affairs (ERP), which is an integrated system that displaces notebook work and computerizes all financial, administrative and academic systems at the university.
This session will last for two weeks, said the President of Dhamar University, Dr. Taher Al-Nahari student that this course comes in prolonging the university’s transition from routine office work related to book records, and moving to an integrated electronic system that helps improve the academic process, and greatly shortens the time, especially with regard to extracting documents and student data.
Noting that the training of personnel in the Student Affairs System and the Financial System (ERP) comes after many difficulties have been overcome, and the electronic correction system and the fingerprint and image system have been successful in the scientific acceptance and differentiation tests. He considered that "automating" all operations at the university will contribute greatly to the monitoring and review process, and reduce human errors.
