It is one of the general directorates affiliated with the University’s Media and Public Relations Department.

  

Definition: The General Directorate of Public Relations specializes in building and managing the university's institutional relationships and enhancing communication bridges with official, academic, and community entities, contributing to mutual trust and integration between the university and its environment.

  

Tasks and Functions: * Organizing official meetings, visits, and receptions for guests and delegations. * Coordinating protocols and official activities inside and outside the university. * Enhancing internal communication between the university leadership and its members.

  

* Managing relations with government agencies, organizations, and local institutions. * Contributing to crisis management through organized institutional communication. * Preparing and implementing social responsibility programs in coordination with relevant authorities. * Supporting university events from an organizational and protocol perspective.
