During his Eid Visit, the Rector of Thamar University Reviews the Preparations of the Faculty of Computer Science and Informatics for the New Academic Year

■ Professor Dr. Mohammed Al-Haifi, the Rector of Thamar University, reviewed the progress of work and ongoing preparations at the Faculty of Computer Science and Informatics for the new academic year. This review took place during Eid visit following Eid Al-Adha holiday, as a part of his ongoing monitoring of the performance of the university's faculties and academic units.
The University Rector was accompanied during the visit by Professor Dr. Abdulkafi Al-Rifai, the Vice Rector for Student Affairs, Professor Dr. Adel Abdulghani Al-Ansi, the Vice Rector for Academic Affairs, Professor Dr. Essam Wasel, the Rector's Assistant for Centers Affairs, and a number of other university leaders.
During the visit, the University Rector met with the Dean of the Faculty of Computer Science and Informatics, Professor Dr. Bashir Al-Maqaleh, the faculty secretary, Bandar Al-Dahmli, and a number of academic leaders, faculty members, and administrative and technical staff. They exchanged greetings and congratulations on the occasion of Eid Al-Adha in an atmosphere that reflected a spirit of belonging and institutional communication between the university leadership and the faculty.
Professor Dr. Mohammed Al-Haifi listened to a presentation from the faculty leadership regarding the progress of work at the faculty, the level of academic and administrative readiness for the new academic year, and the programs and procedures implemented to ensure the smooth operation of the educational process and the development of the academic work environment.
He also discussed, in the presence of the General Assistant Secretary for Human Resources, Abdulmajeed Al-Adhruei, the General Director of Administrative Affairs, Saleh Naji, and the Generak Director of Entitlements, Ali Al-Washli, a number of administrative and organizational matters related to the workflow at the faculty, the level of adherence to official working hours and professional discipline, in order to enhance performance efficiency, ensure the continuity of the educational process, and achieve the faculty's goals and academic mission.
The University Rector commended the commitment and efforts of the college's leadership and staff, emphasizing the importance of continuing to develop academic programs and raise performance levels to keep pace with the rapid advancements in computer science and information technology.
