■ As a part of the field monitoring of final exams, Professor Dr. Mohammed Al-Haifi, the Rector of Thamar University, inspected the progress of the final exams for the second semester of the academic year 1447 at the Faculty of Computer Science and Informatics.
This reflects the university leadership's commitment to directly monitoring the level of academic discipline and ensuring that the examination process is conducted according to approved scientific and organizational standards.
During the tour, the University Rector reviewed the organization within the examination halls and the adherence to regulations and instructions. In a gesture reflecting the humane and educational approach of the university leadership, the president congratulated the students on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan, which coincides with this important stage of their academic journey.
He also emphasized that this month presents an opportunity to reinforce the values of discipline, dedication, and diligence, and to redouble efforts to achieve academic excellence.
The Rector of the University stressed that the final exams represent a pivotal culmination of the students' efforts throughout the semester, emphasizing the importance of adhering to the university's religious identity, wearing appropriate university attire, and maintaining discipline on campus, as these are integral parts of the character of a conscious university student and the system of values that Thamar University is keen to instill in its educational environment.
The inspection was also attended by the Vice-Rector of the University for Student Affairs, Dr. Abdulkafi Al-Rifai, the Vice-Rector of the University for Academic Affairs, Dr. Adel Al-Ansi, the General Secretary of the University, Dr. Mohammed Hutrum, the Dean of the Faculty of Computers and Information, Dr. Bashir Al-Maqaleh , the Vice Dean for Student Affairs, Dr. Khalid Al-Husseini, the General Secretary of the Faculty, Bandar Al-Duhmli, and a number of academic and administrative leaders, who stressed the continuation of efforts to provide all the necessary elements to ensure the success of the final exams, reflecting the scientific standing of Thamar University and its pioneering role in building and qualifying people scientifically and intellectually.
