Final Preparations for the Opening of the Cybersecurity Department Halls and Laboratories at Thamar University

■ As a part of the final preparations for the launch of the Cybersecurity Program at the College of Computer Science and Informatics, the Rector of Thamar University, Professor Dr. Mohammed Al-Haifi, conducted a field inspection visit today to monitor the readiness of the department's halls and laboratories.

The program is scheduled to officially open early next week, marking one of the university's most notable recent academic achievements.

The Rector of Thamar University was accompanied on his tour by the Dean of the College of Computer Science and Informatics, Professor Dr. Bashir Al-Maqalih.

The visit included a review of the technical and technological equipment specially prepared to provide an integrated and advanced educational environment for the department's students, in line with the latest higher education standards in the field of cybersecurity.

The visit was attended by Mr. Jamal Al-Bahri, the Head of the Department of Media and Public Relations, Mr. Mohammed Al-Badawi, the General Secretary of the College of Medical Sciences,  Engineer Ahmed Rubaid, the General Secretary of the Computer and Informatics Center, and a number of college leaders and staff.
