Conclusion of a Training Course on the Technical Management of Scientific Journals at Thamar University Thamar University Media/Jamal Al-Bahri / Jumad Akher 7, 1445. December 20, 2023 The training course on"Technical Management of Scientific Journals Using the Open Scientific Journals System", organized by the Vice-Rector for Higher Studies and Scientific Research, concluded today in the Hall of the Computer Center. In conclusion, the Rector of the University, Prof. Dr. Mohammed Al-Haifi expressed his thanks and appreciation to the participants and trainers, those who attended the University Staff, and guests from Public and Private Universities. He pointed out the importance of choosing the address of the Al-Aqsa Flood for the workshop, as a National and Islamic address, in light of the heroic operations of the Palestinian people in the face of Zionist aggression and displacement. He also praised the success of the workshop in choosing the scientific material and the important research topic. The training course was attended by a number of 28 participants, including the Heads and Editors-in-Chief of Scientific Journals and interested researchers from the Universities of Thamar, IBB, Al-Baydha, Al-Saeeda, Guinness, Al-Hikma and Al-Yamaniya. The participants expressed their appreciation to Thamar University for organizing this important course, which is a part of the development of Scientific Research and refereed Scientific Journals issued by Yemeni Universities. The closing was attended by Prof. Dr. Abdulkarim Zabibah, the Vice-Rector of the University for Higher Studies and Scientific Research, Prof. Dr. Adel Al-Ansi, the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Prof. Dr. Abdulkafi Al-Rifai, the Vice-Rector of the University for Student Affairs, and Dr. Mohammed Hutram, the General Secretary of the University.
