The Institutional Development Team at Thamar University holds its First Meeting

■ The first meeting of the University's Institutional Development Team was held today at the Headquarters of the General Secretariat of Thamar University on the implementation of the decision of Prof. Dr. Mohammed Al-Haifi, the Rector of Thamar university, issued No. 24 and 26 for the year 1445, 2024, and the judge formed the development team and simplify procedures headed by the General Secretary of the University, Dr. Mohammed Hutram, and the team applying the code of conduct and work ethics headed by the General Director of Audit, Mr. Abdulrazzaq Al-Afiri.

The meeting discussed the priorities of preparing the two teams, preparing the requirements for starting work, reviewing the resources and possibilities to implement the directions of the Institutional Development Team's Program on the development and institutional framework of Thamar University, as well as the formation of an Assistance Committee of several members entrusted with a number of Administrative Tasks, and the task of coordination with the civil service, each according to specialization.

The meeting also approved the preparation of the work plan and the list of procedures that will be presented to the Rector of the University for adoption before the start of implementation.

The University hopes that these steps will contribute to achieving comprehensive Institutional Development, simplifying Administrative procedures in order to improve the quality of University services and promoting Administrative and Academic Development.
