Thamar University Concludes Exhibition of Medical Companies Sponsoring the Conference on Addressing Addiction Challenges at the Faculty of Medical Sciences

■ The exhibition of medical companies sponsoring the first scientific conference of the Faculty of Medical Sciences on addressing addiction challenges concluded today at Thamar University.

 

The exhibition showcased advanced cooperation between the university and the medical and research sectors and contributed to bridging the gap between academic knowledge and modern practical applications in the fields of treatment, diagnosis and addiction prevention.

 

The exhibition featured the participation of a select group of pharmaceutical and laboratory companies and specialized health institutions, which presented their latest products and technologies in the fields of addiction prevention, healthcare, and laboratory diagnostics. During the closing tour, the Rector of Thamar University, Professor Dr. Mohammed Mohammed Al-Haifi expressed his deep gratitude to the sponsoring companies for their attendance and support, praising their role in the success of the conference and in providing university students and researchers with modern expertise and knowledge tools that contribute to developing their scientific and professional skills.

 

He emphasized that this collaboration represents a model of partnership that the university seeks to strengthen with health and pharmaceutical institutions, given its direct impact on the outcomes of medical education and community service.

 

The conference chairman, Professor Dr. Adel Ali Emran, also expressed his profound appreciation to the participating companies, commending the spirit of interaction demonstrated at the exhibition and the companies' presentations, training sessions and live demonstrations of medical and laboratory equipment.
