The Rector of Thamar University inspects the progress of exams and infrastructure at the Faculty of Administrative Sciences

◼️As a part of his close follow-up to the educational process, Professor Dr. Mohammed Al-Haifi, the Rector of Thamar University, visited today the Faculty of Administrative Sciences to see the progress of the completion of the second semester exams for the current academic year.

The University Rector was accompanied on the visit by Prof. Dr. Abdulkafi Al-Rifai, the Vice-Rector for Student Affairs, and Dr. Mohammed Hutram, the General Secretary of the University.

They were received by the Dean of the College, Dr. Amal Al-Mujahid, the General Secretary of the College, Mr. Abdullah Rajeh and a number of college staff.

During the visit, the University Rector and his companions inspected the examination process and a number of exam halls, which included more than 1,600 undergraduate students. Discipline of the examination process and providing the appropriate atmosphere for students.

The tour also included a number of college offices and administrations and exam control, as the delegation reviewed the progress of administrative work, maintenance work and infrastructure improvements, stressing the importance of developing the work environment, which contributes to improving academic and administrative performance.

After the tour, an expanded meeting was held at the deanship of the college, headed by the University Rector, in which he discussed with the college leadership its future ambitions which included expanding academic programs, enhancing investment opportunities within the college, as well as maintenance work, facilities development and expansion of green spaces within the college campus.

The visit was attended by a number of university leaders, including the Head of the Libraries Department, the Vice Dean of the Faculty of Arts for Academic Affairs, the Vice Dean of the Continuing Education Institute for Student Affairs, the General Director of Public Relations, as well as a group of administrative and academic cadres.
