The Council of the College of Administrative Sciences at Thamar University Approves the Implementation Mechanisms for Unified Plans

■ In implementation of the directives of Prof. Mohammed Al-Haifi, the Rector of Thamar University and the Chairman of the Committee for Unifying Curriculums in the University's Academic Programs, the College of Administrative Sciences held its extraordinary council today to discuss the ministerial circular regarding the unification of curricula and approve implementation mechanisms starting with the academic year 1447, 2025/2026.
The meeting was chaired by Prof. Adel Abdulghani Al-Ansi, the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs and Dean of the Center for Academic Development and Quality Assurance, with the participation of Prof. Amal Mohammed Al-Mujahid, the Dean of the College and the Chair of its Council and attended by members of the Council and committee.
During the session, the Council discussed the details of the ministerial circular and approved the College's commitment to implementing the unified study plans for the first levels, starting with the current academic year. The College Deanship also presented the study schedules for the first level, which were circulated to students in preparation for implementation.
In this context, the Council formed an executive committee headed by the Dean of the College to monitor implementation, address issues and record observations in official minutes and submit them to the Center for Development and Quality Assurance and the Main Committee.
The Council also set a date for a workshop to discuss the mechanism for transitioning to unified study plans, with the participation of the College Deanship, department heads and all faculty members.
The College Council concluded its work after making the necessary decisions and recommendations, in the presence of the College General Secretary, Mr. Abdullah Rajeh, and the General Secretary of the Academic Development Center, Nasser Nejad.
