This department of Business and Administration was established in 1997/1998 that coincided with the establishment of the college. The specialization in this department is considered one of the most important specializations in the college, as other disciplines are branched from this specialization. Therefore; the Business Administration is a major field so that a student who finishing his study is the said department will have to be specialized in business administration, with a sub-major in marketing and production. That is because a student must have studied many general courses and a few more of specialized courses.

     The department grants bachelor and master degrees in business administration, and the executive, previously called career, in local development management. This is to meet the requirements of the labor market and providing it with highly qualified cadres who are able to lead their institutions towards achieving success in a changing and highly competitive business environment.
