The Rector of Thamar University inspects the Institute of Continuing Education and holds a meeting with its leadership

■ Professor Dr. Mohammed Al-Haifi, The Rector of Thamar University, inspected the Institute of Continuing Education at the University today reviewed the progress of the educational process there, and discussed its developments with a number of the institute's leaders.
In the meeting with some faculty members and department heads, Dr. Al-Haifi praised their efforts and dedication in performing their educational duties, stressing the importance of academic achievement and the need to make more efforts to achieve excellence among students at the institute.
In his motivational speech to the students, the University Rector referred to the University's efforts to support the outcomes of continuing education, as he announced the approval of the third University Council for the academic year 1446, to bridge and enroll outstanding students from the Institute's graduates in parallel specializations in the College of Medical Sciences.
From his part, the Dean of the Institute, Dr. Nabil Al-Mikhlafi, confirmed that the graduates of the Institute enjoy scientific excellence and receive sufficient training and necessary skills, noting that the Supreme Medical Council grants the graduates of the Institute licenses to practice the profession after passing the necessary tests and interviews.
After visiting a number of classrooms, the Rector of the University held a meeting with the leadership of the Institute, in the presence of the Vice Dean for Student Affairs, Dr. Salah Al-Qawsi, and a number of officials and cadres of the Institute.
