.The Rector of the University Inaugurates the End of the First Semester Exams at the Institute of Continuing Education

The Rector of the University Inaugurates the End of the First Semester Exams at the Institute of Continuing Education Thamar University Media /Jamal Al-Bahri / Jumada Akher 3 1445. December 16, 2023 ■ Prof. Dr. Mohammed Al-Haifi, the president of Thamar University along with Prof. Dr. Abdulkafi Al-Rifai, the Vice-Rector for Student Affairs, Today inaugurated the end of the first semester exams at Thamar University Institute for Continuing Education for the academic year 144, (2023-2024). At the inauguration, the Rector of the University pointed out the extent of discipline shown by the students of the Institute in the exams and praised the leadership of the Institute which proved efficiency and competence, and also praised the organizing committee of the exams. He addressed the students, saying that "Today you are taking your exams to be great soldiers in the future, Angels of Mercy in the field of public and humanitarian service, your mission is great, and what you will provide to your society is great, and respected". He added that "You should note the high level reached by your peers of doctors and paramedics in the heroic and steadfast Ghaza Strip, and in the whole of Palestine, they are doing their best, and no less effort than the fighters in the Strip, Mujahideen are tasked to protect their people, and doctors and paramedics are also tasked to save the pure and innocent Palestinian lives targeted by the Zionist enemy". The exams included all departments, including Pharmacy, Laboratories, Dental Industry, Radiology and a Doctor's Assistant Department, and the exams were submitted by students of the three academic levels of the Institute and their number reached 1050 students. It should be noted that this step comes within the framework of Thamar University's efforts to achieve the highest levels of Educational Quality and develop students' academic competencies, in order to enable them to effectively contribute to community service and achieve sustainable development. The inauguration was attended by the Vice Dean for Higher Studies, Dr. Ahmed Al-Washali, the Vice-Dean for Student Affairs, Dr. Salah Al-Qawsi, the Dean of the Academic Development and Quality Assurance Center, Dr. Zaid Al-Hudur, a number of Faculty Members, and the Directors of Public Relations and Media. https://www.tu.edu.ye/faculty/view/duice/3467/2545
