Thamar University Leadership Monitors Engineering Exams and Commends the Examination Process

■ This morning, the leadership of Thamar University conducted a field visit to the College of Engineering to monitor the progress of the end-of-year exams for the academic year 1447 and to assess the level of organization and discipline within the examination halls.
The University Rector Professor Dr. Mohammed Al-Haifi, accompanied by his deputy for student affairs, Professor Dr. Abdulkafi Al-Rifai, and the College's General Secretary, toured several halls. They observed the smooth conduct of the exams and the students' adherence to regulations, as well as the procedures in place to ensure the exams proceeded in an organized and calm environment.
During the visit, the University Rector reviewed the exam implementation mechanism and the accompanying administrative and technical arrangements. He emphasized the university leadership's commitment to providing a suitable examination environment that ensures fairness and equal opportunities for all students, and commended the level of commitment and discipline demonstrated in the examination halls.
He also noted that the university prioritizes the examination process as a true measure of learning outcomes, requiring concerted efforts to maintain high-quality performance and adherence to regulations.
In the same context, the examinations were attended by the Dean of the College, Dr. Fouad Al-Jermouzi, his Deputies for Academic Affairs, Dr. Abdullah Abbas, for Student Affairs, Dr. Khalid Al-Shuraim, and for Graduate Studies, Dr. Rashid Al-Sanfi, as well as the College Secretary, Ali Al-Thumrani, and a number of department heads, faculty members and administrative staff.
