The Rector of the University Participates in the Discussion of Architectural Graduation Projects Thamar University Media/Jamal Al-Bahri / Jumad Akher 3 1445. December 16, 2023 ■ Prof. Dr. Mohammed Al-Haifi, the Rector of Thamar University participated today at the public discussion of a number of graduation projects of the "20" batch of Architectural Students at the Faculty of Engineering, where discussions began with the project of a Palestinian student studying at the Faculty of Engineering at Thamar University, the student presented an engineering blueprint for the embassy of the state of Palestine in the Capital Sana'a, and the Rector of the University, and the committee of arbitrators expressed their admiration and appreciation for the project. Other projects included a variety of planning and design projects which deal with ideas related to the life of the individual and Yemeni society and some projects included ideas for the rehabilitation of castles, historical and archaeological forts in a number of Yemeni regions. The supervisory committee consisted of the Head of the Department, a number of Faculty Members of the Department of Architecture, the Rector of the University and a number of Faculty Members of the Faculty of Engineering Participated in the discussion Committee.
