The Rector of Thamar University Inaugurates College of Engineering Exams and Praises the Administrative and Organizational Transformation Within the College

■ The Rector of Thamar University, Professor Dr. Mohammed Al-Haifi, inaugurated the second semester exams for the academic year 1446, at the College of Engineering.

The inauguration was attended by his Vice-Rector for Student Affairs, Professor Dr. Abdulkafi Al-Rifai, and his Vice Rector for Academic Affairs, Professor Dr. Adel Abdulghani Al-Ansi.

During the visit, which included several examination centers, the University Rector and his entourage reviewed the progress of the exams being taken by more than 800 students distributed across ten halls within three centers, including the departments of Civil Engineering, Architecture Engineering, and Mechatronics. The exams were conducted amidst an atmosphere characterized by discipline and high preparedness.

Dr. Al-Haifi expressed his satisfaction with the meticulous organization and prepared examination environment he witnessed. He praised the leadership role of the Dean of the College, Dr. Fouad Al-Jarmouzi, who reorganized the college's internal affairs with an effective administrative spirit, the results of which were evident in the regularity of exams and the clarity of their procedures, along with strict adherence to academic schedules and regulations.

During his speech, the University Rector addressed the students with motivational words, urging them to persevere and work hard in their engineering specializations, emphasizing that these fields constitute the cornerstone of building the nation's future and its technological and architectural advancement.

From his part, the Dean of the College, Dr. Al-Jarmouzi, expressed his thanks and appreciation to the university leadership for their presence and continuous follow-up, noting that the direct attention of the University Presidency contributed to creating an appropriate environment for the stability of the educational and examination process and the restoration of the college's distinguished academic role.

The inauguration ceremony was attended by the Dean of the Engineering Consulting Center, Dr. Mohammed Juaim, the College's Vice Dean for Student Affairs, Dr. Khalid Al-Shraim, the University's General Secretary, Dr. Mohammed Hutram, his Assistant for Financial Affairs, Mr. Mishaal Sharhan, ​​and the College's General Secretary, Mr. Ali Al-Thumrani.
