University Rector Inspects the College of Arts and Discusses Ways to Develop the Educational Process

■ Prof. Dr. Mohammed Al-Haifi, the Rector of Thamar University, inspected the College of Arts at the University, accompanied by his deputies for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, Prof. Dr. Abdulkarim Zabiba, Academic Affairs, Prof. Dr. Adel Al-Ansi, and the General Secretary of the University, Dr. Mohammed Hutram.
The University Rector held a meeting with the leadership of the College of Arts in the presence of the Dean of the College, Dr. Amin Al-Jaber, his deputy for Academic Affairs, Dr. Aziz Al-Aqraa, and a number of faculty members during which the difficulties and obstacles facing the educational process in the college were discussed.
The meeting also addressed a group of important academic issues and other topics related to graduate studies and supervision of scientific theses.
In addition, the University Rector attended part of the seminar organized by the Department of Arabic Language for graduate students at the College of Arts in the presence of the Head of the Department, Dr. Essam Wasil.
Dr. Al-Haifi pointed out that the college's situation requires concerted efforts and cooperation between everyone and being flexible and continuing to develop services and simplify procedures at the college to ensure the provision of high-quality University education.
The meeting was attended by Prof. Abdulkarim Al-Bahla, the Dean of the College of Sharia and Law, Jamal Al-Bahri, the General Director of Media, and Abdulghani Al-Hajjaji, the General Director of Financial Affairs at the University
