A cultural event at the Faculty of Education to celebrate the Anniversary of the Prophet's Birth.  Thamar University Media / Jamal Al-Bahri / September 23, 2023   ■ Sponsored by the Rector of the University Prof. Dr. Mohammed Al-Haifi, cultural and rhetorical events are continuing in various Faculties of Thamar University in cooperation with the University Student Forum, where a cultural event was held at the Faculty of Education at Thamar University today in celebration of the Anniversary of the Birth of the Prophet ( peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)  At the event, the Vice-Rector of the University Prof. Dr. Adel Abdulghani Al-Ansi, referring to the importance of the occasion, and the importance of the Prophet as a teacher and educator for teachers of the Faculty of Education said that "this occasion comes as an opportunity to highlight the role of the Prophet as a teacher, educator and mentor to all of us.  He added that we must realize that students at the Faculty of Education are the makers of the future, and our hope is to achieve progress and development of society, and therefore they must take the figure of the Prophet as an example and a light for their future career, and as an example to follow in educating their generations and organizing their life affairs.   He continued that the biggest target is for University students because they are the makers of the future and they are the leaders of society, and like every prevention and immunization disease, the doctor of the problems of our time is our prophet, and the appropriate medicine for this disease is His fragrant prophetic biography, the ethics of the prophet and His biography include medicine, healing and immunization for the problems of our time, in which medicine, healing and adequate immunization from all the machinations and misfortunes that are almost for our youth, our society and our nation.  In conclusion, Dr. Al-Ansi stressed the need for mobilization and the importance of a large public presence on the day of the Grand Central event in the square of Thamar University.  In the speech of the Dean of the Faculty of Education Prof.Dr. Ahmed Abdullah Al-Dumaini, who welcomed the Vice-Rector of the University and the audience said that "the Faculty of Education celebrates the birth of the Noble Prophet, which Allah has authorized and prescribed in several passages of his Holy Book, where he advised us to rejoice in the grace of Islam and guidance, and to mourn the prophet, may Allah's prayers be upon Him, who at His hands brought this nation out of darkness into the light."  Al-Dumaini said that the reality of our nation today reminds us of the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), where He said " كيف بكم إذا فسدت نساؤكم، و فسق شبابكم، و لم تأمروا بالمعروف و لم تنهوا عن المنكر فقيل له و يكون ذلك يا رسول الله؟ قال : نعم  and here is the Western society, and some of the areas attributed to Islam show us abnormality and deviation, and there is no refuge for us except to return to Allah and  His book, The Messenger, His biography, ethics and His approach, to preserve us and our people, morality, dignity, and religion from decay.  He also added that the celebration of the Birth is to remind the Prophet and His morality and to embody the virtues of morality, which is the morality of Mustafa, and not to celebrate only in decorations, lights and photography, so we urge our students to follow the example of the Messenger of Allah, creation and ethics to preserve the status of their University, the reputation of their college, and to make a bright future for them to be proud of among their peers and among nations.  He concluded by saying: the Faculty of Education is the first nucleus of this pioneering University, Thamar University, which is a symbol of Yemeni Universities in various fields, and that is why I am actively inviting my students as they attended today in such large numbers that remind us of the momentum of the University's early days, that we invite them to attend in such numbers and with such enthusiasm on the day of Rabie Alawal Twelfth in the Campus Square.  The event was attended by the Vice Deans, the Academic and Administrative Staff of the College, the General Secartary of the College, the General Director of Media, and a crowd of students from the Faculty of Education.
