Thamar University Discusses Staff Development and Job Appointments at Staff Affairs Committee Meeting

■ As a part of its efforts to improve administrative performance, Thamar University's Staff Affairs Committee held its second meeting of the year 1447, under the directives of the University Rector, Professor Dr. Mohammed Mohammed Hassan Al-Haifi, and chaired by the University General Secretary, Dr. Mohammed Hutrum , with the attendance of committee members.
The meeting addressed several issues related to organizing administrative staff affairs and enhancing career development opportunities within the university.
During the meeting, the committee reviewed a number of applications for full and part-time sabbatical leave, as well as internal scholarship applications. This aligns with the university's commitment to providing academic development opportunities for its administrative staff, thereby contributing to increased professional competence and improved institutional performance. The committee also discussed several nomination and appointment applications for various administrative positions within the university's organizational structure.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the committee approved several decisions and recommendations related to the topics on the agenda and submitted them for completion of the necessary administrative procedures in accordance with the applicable regulations.
