Thamar University Graduate Studies Council Holds its Second Regular Meeting for the Academic Year 1446

■ The Graduate Studies and Scientific Research Council held today its second regular meeting for the academic year 1446, 2024-2025 at the Headquarters of the Vice Deanship for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, headed by Professor Dr. Abdulkarim Ismail Zabiba, the Vice-Rector of the University and Chairman of the Graduate Studies and Scientific Research Council.

 

In the meeting, the minutes of the previous agenda were reviewed and approved and a number of topics included in the agenda of the Council meeting were discussed, including approval of the request submitted by the colleges which included ratification of the final result for graduates of graduate programs.

 

Among the topics approved by the Council was the formation of a committee to consider the request of the College of Medical Sciences regarding approval to open a doctoral program in Medical Microbiology and Immunology.

 

The Council also approved the request submitted by the College of Education regarding approval of the establishment of the Educational Rehabilitation and Development Center and decided to form a committee to consider approving the guide and organizational regulations for the center.
