Thamar University Leadership Participates in the Closing Ceremony of Training Courses for Human Resources Managers at the Ministry of Civil Service

■ The leadership of Thamar University, represented by Professor Dr. Mohammed Mohammed Al-Haifi, the Rector of the University, Professor Dr. Adel Abdulghani Al-Ansi, the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, and Dr. Mohammed Hutram, the General Secretary of the University, participated in the closing ceremony of the second and third training and awareness courses for human resources managers working in public service units in the Capital, Sana'a, held by the Minister of Civil Service and Administrative Development, Professor Dr. Khalid Hussein Al-Hawali. These courses were part of the "Awareness and Advancement" cultural training program for administrative leaders.

In his speech at the closing ceremony, which included honoring outstanding participants and awarding certificates, the Minister of Civil Service emphasized the importance of instilling faith-based principles and ethical values and promoting the values ​​of benevolence, integrity, dedication and work excellence among administrative leaders and employees. He stressed that this should be reflected in practical behavior in job performance and service to citizens.

The two courses aimed to qualify and raise awareness among 60 participants from administrative leaders and human resources managers, in the presence of the Undersecretaries of the Ministry for Public Service Affairs and for Training and Evaluation.
