The Faculty of Medicine at Thamar University Hosts a Cultural Event on the Revolutions of Imams Hussein and Zayd and Their Extension in the Revolution of Imam Al-Hadi

■ As a part of the cultural program implemented by Thamar University to enhance cultural and intellectual awareness, the university, in cooperation with the University Student Forum, organized a cultural event today at the Faculty of Medicine on the revolutions of Imam Hussein and Imam Zayd and their extension in the revolution of Imam Al-Hadi ila Al-Haqq.

The event was held under the patronage of the Minister of Education and Scientific Research, Mr. Hassan Abdullah Al-Saadi, and the University Rector, Professor Dr. Mohammed Mohammed Al-Haifi.

The event was attended by leaders of the Faculty of Medicine, members of the academic and administrative staff, leaders of the University Student Forum, and a group of students from the faculty, reflecting the university's commitment to strengthening the cultural and intellectual development of its students.

During the cultural session, Mr. Hassan Al-Mawshki, the University Rector's Consultant for Cultural Affairs, discussed the historical and intellectual significance of the revolutions of Imam Hussein and Imam Zaid. He explained the principles of reform, justice, and resistance against oppression that these revolutions embodied, and how this approach was extended to the revolution of Imam Al-Hadi, which represented a continuation of the reform project and the consolidation of the values ​​of freedom and dignity.

The event witnessed active participation from the attendees, who emphasized the importance of such programs in developing historical and cultural awareness and strengthening the connection of university students to the issues of the nation and its authentic values.

This event is a part of the cultural program implemented by Thamar University in cooperation with the University Student Forum for the year 1448.
